5) Approve version 1.3rc2 of "XEP-0198: Stream Management"?

6) Discuss 0220 (Dialback).
Peter to follow up on list.

7) Discuss 0299 (Video codecs).
Agreement that this new XEP was an editorial change, not a new XEP
that needs Council approval.

Discussion on hash agility - agreement that namespacing elements is
sensible, Peter to propose a consistent approach for XEPs.
