[Council] x- scrubbing

Although XEP-0068 now follows RFC 6648 in discouraging the use of "x-"
as a prefix for parameter names, I just noticed that some of our specs
continue to include examples with "x-", such as
x-http://shakespeare.lit/search#keyword (ick!) in XEP-0060 Example 222.

Would the Council object if I clean those up?
