2) Discussion of spec length

General agreement that splitting XEP-0060 (probably into admin and
use) would be sensible. Lack of consensus on whether splitting -45
would be good.

3) Last call on XEP-0267

There's currently one non-merged implementation for Prosody, not
deployed anywhere. Agreement to wait until it's been shown to work in
practice.
