[Council] Meeting this Wednesday

It seems Wednesday has become the New Favourite Day for me to end up
out of the office on site places - I'm not going to be able to make
Council this Wednesday.

Would people rather have it on a different day, or have it without me?

I note it needs to be before Wednesday rather than after, given that
Wednesday is the end of term (if we want another meeting this term,
naturally).
