I'd like to request a Last Call on XEP-0152 (Reachability Addresses).

And I'd also like to request that Council members please review
draft-ietf-precis-nickname (for use in MUC) and
draft-ietf-xmpp-6122bis so that we can get this i18n stuff done and
move on with our lives. :-)
