[Council] XMPP Summit #14 planning

Hi,

The kind guys of &yet have decided on dates for the next real-time 
events in Portland. Current planning is:

Thu Oct 17: RedisConf
Fri Oct 18: RealtimeConf
Sat Oct 19: RealtimeConf
Sun Oct 20: WebRTC Camp

Adam suggested we pass dates for an XMPP Summit soon, so he can put that 
on the site as well. Maybe we can even be in time for the initial 
announcement.

Proposed dates:

Mon Oct 21: XMPP Summit
Tue Oct 22: XMPP Summit
