### XEP-0300, XEP-0371: Last call

Lance notes that the Jingle ICE one has a bit of push back and should be delayed
until the new RFC is published. Also that the next council will probably vote to
advance 0300 and that it can be left to them.

Both LCs are currently set to expire on 2016-11-12.
