The XMPP Council will be holding it's regular meeting tomorrow (Wednesday)
at 1600 UTC. The agenda is collated from (in order of reliability):
* Github pull requests and issues marked "Needs Council":
* Random mails from Standards List
* Random suggestions directly to me

I (try to) send out the final agenda about 24 hours in advance.

Agenda as follows:

1) Roll Call

2) Agenda Bashing

a) Possible missing items. Feel free to reply to this email in advance of
the meeting.

b) The likelyhood of errors is high.

3) Items for voting:

a) #739: XEP-0410: pre-LC and LC feedback

b) #752: XEP-0410: add application-specific <not-an-occupant/> condition

c) Advance XEP-0410 to Draft

d) #745: XEP-0234: Use <hash-used/> to signify the hash function being
used, instead of an (invalid) empty <hash/>

e) Adopt Proposed XMPP Extension: XMPP Over RELOAD (XOR)

This specification defines an XMPP Usage of REsource LOcation And
Discovery (RELOAD). The XMPP usage provides an ability for XMPP
clients to discover other peers' location through the peer-to-peer
overlay. Once a peer location is determined, the RELOAD AppAttach
method is used to establish a direct connection between peers through
    which XMPP streams are exchanged.

f) #744: XEP-0001: Clarify proposing Deferred XEPs for advancement to Draft

g) #746: XEP-0060: Add missing @publisher in pubsub schema

h) #747: XEP-0084: Bump the maximum of @width and @height to 65535

4) Outstanding Votes

5) Next Meeting

6) AOB

7) Close

Note that I'm aiming for 30 minutes.

Meetings are normally held every Wednesday at 1600 UTC in the
xmpp:council at muc.xmpp.org?join
<http://xmpp:council@muc.xmpp.org/?join> chatroom.
Meetings are open, and anyone
(XSF Member or not) may attend, though only XMPP Council members may
vote. Relevant comments from the floor are welcomed.

(As Council Chair).
