Hi everyone,

The next XMPP Council Meeting will take place on 2020-10-21 at 15:00Z in 
xmpp:council at muc.xmpp.org?join. Everyone is welcome to join and add to the 
discussions.

This agenda is composed from:

4a) MR!22: add composer, date, genre, language, lyricist, and performer tags; 
make rating optional

Abstract: It seems, that "XEP-0118: User Tune" has been written mainly with 
pop music in mind, or maybe progressive rock. To make it more interesting for 
use with classical music or jazz, or audio books, some tags should be added, 
at least composer, date, genre, language, lyricist, and performer.

Note that I am aiming for 30 minutes, but meetings may be extended as 
necessary if all council members agree.

Meetings are normally held every Wednesday at 15:00 UTC in the
xmpp:council at muc.xmpp.org?join chatroom.
Meetings are open, and anyone (XSF Member or not) may attend, though only XMPP 
Council members may vote. Relevant comments from the floor are welcomed.
