[GSoC] GSoC Status Meeting

I would like to have all the mentors and students attend a weekly
status meeting so we can monitor progress and see how everything is
going.  If students are blogging then it will be a very fast meeting
indeed - but if not, ... ;)

The time for the meeting right now is 1800 GMT on Mondays.  If a
student cannot make that meeting then it's up to the Mentor to know
why and have the status information.
