[JDEV] Client Redundancy

Keep just a keep-alive connection to backup servers? I would think that
would be wasteful. The server list can certainly be rotated according to
responsivity (more responsive moves higher and is chosen first), but the
minute time it takes to connect to another server, I think, would
indicate that it is not really worthwhile to keep redundant connections.
The server might also want to do other things.

Streaming should be client to client, I would think, so there wouldn't be
any benefit there in redundant server connections for quality of service.
