[JDEV] A piece of MIME?

Ha ha! How's that for humor. =D You'll have to reference to it through my
personal page. Freesevers doesn't seem to like "binary" files not referenced
by a HTML file.
I've also attached it to this e-mail in .txt form for those who may have had
a problem previously.
