WinJab utilizes JabberCOM and thus that DLL must be registered on the
computer in which you want to run WinJab (or any of the other jabberCOM

Copy the jabbercom.dll and run regsrv32 (or similar, not sure) to
register the dll with the operating system.  After that's complete, try
running your compiled code... all should be peachy.
