[JDEV] jabber:iq:last Bug in version 1.4.2. for Windows?

I don't know that there was ever a formal list for it. But whether there
is or not, its unlikely that any bugs will be fixed unless you fix them
yourself (or get someone else to). I am happy to apply patches to CVS
for anyone who asks.

jabberd2 will implement the IETF specs (and some other stuff).
Specifically, for jabber:iq:last, it will implement XMPP IM section 4.4.
