In that case, you can count Coccinella in: though it's mostly written
in Tcl/tk, it includes a theme called TileQt [*] :o)

[*] "TileQt is a theme for the tile toolkit, which uses the Qt/KDE

widget set look the same as KDE applications under GNU/Linux."
