[Jingle] Combined audio + video

No, this is the right list. A <content/> element can contain only one
<description/> element (this is specified in XEP-0166), so you need two
<content/> elements for audio+video. Do you not see examples of
audio+video in XEP-0167? I'll be reviewing that one today, so I'll
double-check.
