Yes. Two groups of stakeholders:
a) web developers.
xmpp provides quite a complete package for im/presence/chat (and 
signalling). Some web developers might be interested in having some of 
the hard issues (caps, pep, ...) solved for them instead of reinventing 
the wheel. Making it easy for them to use xmpp (by providing an easy to 
install package consisting of prosody, a turn server and something like 
strophe.jingle or stanza.io) might be worthwhile.

b) the webrtc.org c++ lib provides a quite decent media stack 
(cross-platform even). IMO, the lack of that was what prevented 
libjingle adoption. The available information on how to use that stack 
is quite limited though. The team is busy enough with solving their own 
issues :-)
