[Juser] Server Connect Timeout

Are you using JIM to connect to a server that is not on the public
Internet (e.g., behind a firewall)? JIM tries to send a packet to
update.jabber.com but if you're not on the Net, that packet will get
dropped and your server will log the error. See the jabberd FAQ for more
