[Juser] Avatar not showing up

 Hello, 
  
I am having a problem with my avatar not showing up. It displays properly on my client but nobody else can view it. 
  
Their avatars are working just fine. 
  
Using JAJC v0.0.7.101 
  
Have tried a .gif, jpg and .bmp. 
  
Any ideas?
