[Juser] Jabber.org server down?

Hi there,

Today I can't connect to the athena server at jabber.org. I am  
getting connection refused responses when trying to establish TCP  
connections to the jabber service. The status page at the  
www.jabber.org says the server is up, but I notice it is a static page.

Do you also have problems?
