[Foundation] Meeting Management

As Peter has pointed out, our next meeting is going to be focused on the
mechanics and structure of the Jabber Foundation.  We'll have an agenda
published the day before the meeting.  There had been several issues raised
in the last meeting.  Those issues are:

1.  Membership for the Foundation
2.  Jabber Interest Groups
3.  Foundation Organizational Structure.

Please let me know if you'd like to add anything else to the agenda.  The
next meeting will be held on 2001-06-06, at 18:00 UTC/GMT.  Thanks.
