[Foundation] Voice Messaging / Video

Perhaps the JIG should really be "Multimedia Messaging".

"Muiltimedia" to include voice and video, "messaging" to indicate its
focused on the messaging aspect.

(Keeping in mind that Jabber is a basically a generic, XML-based,
multi-user, application-level messaging system and transport protocol, and
there could be countless more voice and video implementations that have
nothing to do with Instant or Store-and-Forward Messaging that may need/want
their own JIG!)

Say ... aren't "Jigs" those evil aliens from "Space: Above and Beyond" ?
It's been awhile since I've seen the Sci-Fi Channel, but it sure sounds
