[Foundation] Preliminary Final Foundation Council Results

Hi.  I have gone through the final Foundation Council log files and have put
together the final results at
http://support.jabber.com/cgi-bin/foundation/council/results.pl.
Unfortunately, there were a number of people that voted that weren't
registered as Foundation Members (and on the flip-side, a number of Members
who didn't vote!)   Sorry this wasn't as airtight a process as it could have
been.  The election form wasn't directly connected to the membership
database and so a little manual review had to be undertaken.  If anyone has
any questions, I'd be more than happy to answer any questions but I hope
this doesn't turn into Florida!
