That's a good suggestion. The August 20th date was not implying that we'd
have an official in-person meeting at JabberConf, since JabberConf is not
necessarily a community event -- it's kind of half corporate and half
community since it's run by Jabber, Inc. if you get my drift. :) So I
don't think there's an expectation that a large number of community
members will be there, or even the entire Jabber Council. However, I could
use my limited influence to make at least Council attendance a reality,
though that might work for Council incumbents and against challengers.

Maybe we need to hold "OpenIMCon" or something. :)

Actually I think JabberCon could be more community focused and I'll think
about how to make that happen.
