[Foundation] 2002 Election Schedule

We could have an OpenIM meeting at the OSCON in SD in July.

We can put up 101 reasons why we can or can not do something. Lets have
a membership vote on some of the issues we have been addressing with
membership and elections (council and board). If we do, then lets
change the by-laws if the by-laws are affected to implement what we
want. Yes it will cost money. Do we have any members that are lawyers
that can do pro-bono work for us?

Just what I've been thinking.
