Agreed Canada would be cheaper for our US neighbors, but either sounds
like a good idea and would look forward to participating in either
location.

I like the idea that Temas wrote about whereby for those that are
interested to have a JSF get together in in back yard.

If you would like your money ( US dollar worth $1.59 Canadian ) to go
further we would welcome the opportunity to have you all come to
beautiful Central Canada. We are located just outside of Ottawa.

If the dates are established fairly soon we would likely have more
paticipation as people can arrange their vacation to join in.

Regards

Barry

PS to Temas: We are not looking to one up your offer, just another
option.

We could have an OpenIM meeting at the OSCON in SD in July.

We can put up 101 reasons why we can or can not do something. Lets have
a membership vote on some of the issues we have been addressing with
membership and elections (council and board). If we do, then lets
change the by-laws if the by-laws are affected to implement what we
want. Yes it will cost money. Do we have any members that are lawyers
that can do pro-bono work for us?

Just what I've been thinking.
