[Foundation] trademark progress

As gracious as he is helpful.  Yes, Peter, Tony really drove this through, 
handling some of the speedbumps some of us on the board put in front of 
him with some aplomb.  Kudos to Tony and JINC in general.  I just signed 
the Letter of Intent.  The onus is now upon us to make this happen.  The 
next major step seems to be the establishment of a trademark committee to 
define the standards and requirements that Peter notes below.  Please 
consider this an informal request for people that are interested in 
working on the trademark, whether in a formal committee or through some 
other arrangement.
