[Foundation] tomorrow's discussion

We've looked at moving the times around but it gets awfully confusing
rather quickly. Just look at the Jabber Council meetings -- *everyone*
spaced out the one two weeks ago.

I'll think about it some more. I certainly don't want to be biased towards
one continent or another.
