[Foundation] RE: [Board] sponsorship page

Comments to the below thread from the Board list:

I do think that sponsorship is different then marketing Jabber for use
of the Jabber Protocol in other products. 

On the web page we could build a marquee type frame and scroll sponsors
threw that, therefore not taking up to much real estate on the Front
Page.

We need to drive individual sponsorship also.
