It need to reduce some requirements to allow support for console clients
(e.g. current version requires support for font-family and font-size
attributes).  Also I'm not sure that some pieces of schema are right, e.g. it
defines <h1/>-<h3/> elements this way:

<xs:element name='h1' type='xs:string'/>
<xs:element name='h2' type='xs:string'/>
<xs:element name='h3' type='xs:string'/>

But then you can't use such headers:

<h1>This is <strong>very</strong> interesting header</h1>
<h2>Description of <code>foobar</code> procedure</h2>

I suppose that this will be discussed or fixed in last call period, so I second
it.
