[Foundation] end-user survey

Great survey. Since we're doing useability suggestions, I'd also add that it
may help to put the 2-3 largest represented countries and languages at the
top of the drop box list for those choices. I know it will make the survey a
little biased but it is a pain to get to US and I bet most are, and the same
for english (the survey is in english...). In fact, making those the default
may be best... I highly doubt that we'll have a large number of Arabic
speaking Afghanistanis participating in the survey. :)

Sorry if it's too much of a nit pick or too us-centric.

As for additions, I would be really interested in the importance of IM and
Jabber in their lives (two separate 1-5 (extremely important to no
importance) radio choices), the number of hours they spend on IM
(rarely/never, occasional, 1hr/day, 2-3 hours/day, 3-6 hours/day, >6
hours/day), and a "What do you consider the biggest drawback(s) of Jabber"
text box or maybe checkboxes with several choices.
