[Foundation] Clarifications On Name Change Proposal

Perhaps someone could provide some insight as to what literature is
already produced? I have never seen any literature from the JSF, so it
would help to know what is already on the shelves.

Fair enough, once you have discovered the name it is a fixed cost to
trademark it. I would note, however, that there are also costs
associated with updating product literature and domain names -- can you
provide some insight into those line item costs?

So the name team is going to do the necessary legal research to ensure
the name is not in use? Also, what about international trademarks -- is
that beyond the scope of this team/time?
