Jive will implement server (Messenger) and client (Smack) support but
I'm not entirely sure we'll expose 'pure pubsub' or whether it's easier
on admins (Messenger) and developers (Smack) if we present it as
application specific uses of pubsub. Er - we'll support the protocol
but will need to wrestle with how to present an easy to use UI/API. :)
