AW: [Foundation] voting update

Keep in mind that the Wednesday meetings are really just gatherings -
unless there is an official meeting notice, these aren't 'real'
meetings, and no 'official' decisions can be made from them. If other
people want to have these sorts of informal discussions, they are
welcome to use the foundation mailing list and can probably use
stpeter's agenda to guide it - Peter would just then run one of the many
informal discussions throughout the week. Also, any of the agenda items
covered in the meeting can of course be brought up later on the mailing
list, as can comments from the discussion logs from the foundation room.
