[Foundation] Meetings / Schedules and times to suit

I agree as well. Even if i feel somewhat sorry about splitting such a vital
conference. 

For a split second i thought about recording the prior session and replaying
it in the following session (like a voice recorder all can discuss on to and
then afterwards reading it in full in the chat log, or like racing against a
ghost rider), but i abandoned this thought very quickly. 

So let's start gathering requirements, two meetings, to gather people of a
12 hour span. One on the UTC -6 side and on the UTC +6 side. 

Session 1: UTC -12 to UTC 0
Session 2: UTC 0 to UTC +12
