Hallo Peter,

no, i suggest to hold two meetings, one for people accesing internet in UTC
-12 to UTC 0 and one for people in UTC 0 to UTC +12.

I am not sure if enough members will be present in both meetings, especially
in the europe/asia meeting, but i'd give these times a try.

The proposed time for the eurasia meeting is 09:00 UTC 0, which results in
21:00 for UTC +12.

For most europeans the meeting will be held at about 11 morning, for most
asians at 15:00 in the afternoon.

People near dayborder can choose which meeting to attend (either 21:00 or at
another time for US/SA meetings)
