Hey,
it's Shawn from the members list.
I'm forwarding this to you because I would like to see these albums 
added to the voting list, however it requires approximately 45 out of 
the 88 people on the list.  So... I've elected to email everyone I can 
and see if anyone will "sign" this petition to add these albums.

If you would like to add your name, please reply to this email and CC 
Iain Shigeoka <iain at jivesoftware.com>.  He needs to see your name in 
order to be officially counted as a signature. 

Each of these 5 emails is for a different album as that's what I've been 
told I have to do.

Great. My eye-ball count is 88 current members which means you'd need to get
45 supporters from that group in order to add an entry to the finalist list.
You must submit a separate petition for each entry you'd like to add. The
current list of members is:

When you start getting close to finding enough supporters, you should
contact the submitter (just ask me for their email) and have them submit
updated original art files in the OSCON formats/sizes that we need. Let me
know when you're about half way to getting your petition signatures. I don't
want the submitters spending extra effort in finalizing their entry until we
know they'll even make the vote.
