[Foundation] Privacy and Confidentiality of Sponsorship Information

I just want to go on record that the JSF will insure the privacy and 
confidentiality of all sponsorship information.  This is why I asked 
information to be sent directly to me as the sponsorship coordinator.  The 
intention is to work privately with whoever provides this information and 
the potential sponsor as well.  Naturally, if the candidate decides to 
become a sponsor, then that information will be publicly disclosed.  
However, the specific contact for the sponsorship will not be shared 
publicly (unless specifically requested).
