[Foundation] Application Period Now Open

The JSF's quarterly application period is now open. 

The current JSF membership application period begins today and ends on
Friday, 2003-10-10. In accordance with Section 2.9 of the JSF Bylaws
[1], those members who were originally admitted in 2002 need to re-apply
at this time. Thus the following members must re-apply now if they want
to renew their membership in the JSF:
