[Foundation] VOTE: new and renewing members

Voting on the new applicants and renewing members who applied during the
most recent application period (October 1-10) is now open. This is proxy
voting via memberbot at jabber.org, who should be in the roster of every
JSF member. Just send a message to memberbot and you will be provided
with voting instructions. Before voting, you may want to review the 
information that the applicants about themselves; the URL is:

This proxy voting period will run from today through the morning of
October 29. We will hold an official meeting of the membership on that
day to validate the voting results. I will announce the meeting in a
separate email.
