[Members] Who Admins The J.o Boxes?

I have been having issues with the js.o box for a while. Largely because 
someone keeps firing up a java process. Now with a box as beefy as js.o 
(what? a gig+ of ram, athlon proc?) it shouldn't make my shell slow to a 
crawl. So I investigated a bit and realized that js.o is running a 
2.2.20 (!) kernel. So who do I get in touch with to get this resolved? 
Building a custom 2.6 kernel and apt-get installing the optimized glibc 
for i686 would make a world of difference on this box, and would be 
trivial to do. And if the guys in charge of looking after the boxes are 
too busy to handle it, then maybe we should ask for a small pool of 
people's help in keeping things properly up to date? Thoughts? Comments?
