[Members] membership voting

I've processed the applications for membership. HTML files are available
here (please review them before you vote):

(I will delete those as soon as the voting is finished.)

I'm debugging memberbot at the moment and probably won't have a chance
to get it running until tonight or tomorrow morning.

I propose that we hold a JSF meeting on May 11, 2005, for the purpose of
voting on the membership applications.

Proxy voting will begin as soon as I get memberbot running, and will end
the morning of May 11.

Further details will be provided in my next message.
