This is seemingly technology for technology's sake; we're talking  
about two almost completely unrelated systems. What proportion of  
xmpp users at jabber.org are active developers? Almost none, I  
suspect. Then what proportion of developers have their main jid  
residing at jabber.org? Almost none, again. So it's an inconvenience  
to start with, and a horrendous security hole on top. I appreciate  
security is a tradeoff with convenience but here we appear to be  
sacrificing security for added inconvenience. Not cool.
