If this node provides an IRC <-> MUC gateway, yes. If it doesn't, I think
it would either go unnoticed by Jabber users, or confuse them (what ?
MUC is IRC ?

So somebody would have to hack the Freenode IRC server to add MUC
support, and this is not going to happen soon I think ;)
