I don't know if Creative Commons has such a license that requires a 
person who has modified a document to document the changes that they 
have made. If something is going to be attributed to the JSF and 
possibly changed, I would like to have those changes listed so that 
someone doesn't implement a JEP that was heavily modified and not have 
it work because the re-publisher changed things.
