Well, we may want to write a JEP (XEP?) that specifies exactly what we
mean by XMPP 0.9, mainly for historical purposes. People have asked me
for this before and I've simply pointed them to the relevant sections of

Well, the exact contents of rfc3921bis will be finalized on the
xmppwg at jabber.org list, but we are seeking to develop community
consensus on the Standards-JIG list first so that we can show the
IETF/IESG that these modificatiosn are not random musings by the
author/editor of rfc3920bis and rfc3921bis. :-)
