I've always said that Jabber is to XMPP as the Web is to HTTP.

But there's more going on in the world of real-time communications than
just XMPP (RTP, SIP, etc.). It's more than just IM, too. I don't think
anyone has come up with the right term for it all yet.

Going to log off here for a whle to write a paper on Jingle for IEEE
Multimedia magazine, have fun debating it all... :-)
