[Members] XSF proposal

Keeping end users, developers, admins, etc on jabber.org is certainly a wise
decision. The jabber users' community being larger than the protocol
aficionados, better not to move it elsewhere ;)
That said, the crucial point would be to advertise the new focus of the
jabber.org site, beyond the IM service.
We have somehow suggested that XMPP related projects be moved to dedicated
code hosters such as Goggle's, so the discussion forums have been moved as
well. What else do you have in mind?

But then we also need to figure out how we move forward with the
jabber.org website. Separate topic. :-) BUT I see www.jabber.org as a
renewed community website that focuses on end users, developers, and the
services provided at jabber.org, such as our IM service.
