Somebody earlier mentioned about using drupal for www.jabber.org site.
Drupal also has built-in polls feature which seems quite enough for voting.
With drupal's reach user permissions settings it is very easy to setup a poll
visible only for selected group of users.
To be honest I am a bit surprised with the all discussion about memberbot.
It does what it should do. Maybe it is not very user friendly but as we don't
need to vote very often I don't see it a big issue. There are quite a few
issues apart from memberbot to solve.
Even if we have excellent voting engine and super-hiper user friendly
front-end it is still a good practice to look at candidates profiles before
