BTW, either the memberbot is offline, or I'm doing something wrong.  
Shouldn't it respond to 'help'? The instructions for votting that I  
could find (http://wiki.jabber.org/index.php/JSF_Voting_Procedure)  
are not totally clear to me on how to proceed.
